Sheriff Joe (free) 02:49
SHERIFF JOE Law enforcement has become a joke around here The biggest terrorist in town is ruling us with fear Silencing his critics and arresting all his foes He’s the people’s enemy, that Sheriff Joe The toughest sheriff has a stack of warrants he ignores So he can focus on a war he’s waged against the poor Punishment for all who have a victimless vice And he doesn’t care if it destroys your life Sheriff Joe’s got an evil heart, Sheriff Joe’s got an evil mind Sheriff Joe’s got simple, evil answers when it comes to crime Sheriff Joe’s got an ugly problem ‘cause the people finally know The truth about Arpaio, now it’s time for Joe to go He brags about the prison meals at only 20 cents 140 Fahrenheit inside their crowded tents He doesn’t care about the legal rights that he’s defiled And many haven’t even had a trial In ’96 an inmate took a tent stake to the head In ’03 the Aryans beat a man to death A diabetic woman needed insulin and begged Arpaio’s crew just let her die instead So many more lives on Arpaio’s head He should get on his knees and publicly confess his sins Take a photo op and turn his resignation in It’s law enforcement based on the color of your skin This is for the ones murdered at Arpaio’s inn

about

"Dancing In The Streets" is the second album from The Haymarket Squares, purveyors of punkgrass from the sun-baked streets of Phoenix, Arizona. Known for long sets and short songs, a typical Haymarket Squares show features ecstatic dancing, blindingly fast mandolin, and broad smiles. Who knew changing the world (or at least singing about it) could be so much fun?
